Projet récupération fil anneau torsadé !

Il y a plusieurs semaines, je vous avais présenté des anneaux torsadé que j'avais chauffé un peu trop longtemps, avec le résultat qu'une partie de la torsade était fondue.  Vous pouvez les revoir dans les archives du 13 juin 2009.  J'ai eu une idée pour récupérer un anneau....j'en ai fait une bague. 

J'ai coupé la partie qui était fondue de mon anneau et j'en ai fait une spirale que j'ai oxidé.  Il me restait un peu de fil d'argent torsadé et je l'ai utilisé pour faire le jonc.  J'ai pris de la pâte d'argent et j'ai fait une rondelle que j'ai combiné avec le jonc en fil d'argent.  Jai fait cuire la bague au chalumeau.  J'ai ensuite riveté l'anneau torsadé sur la rondelle avec un fil d'argent.  J'ai eu plusieurs problèmes pour riveter le tout.....donc ma spirale n'est pas immobile....elle bouge encore.  La réalisation n'est pas très réussi....je voyais la bague beaucoup plus belle dans ma tête.  Je pensais que le contraste de l'anneau torsadée et oxidée avec le fini mirroir de ma rondelle serait beaucoup plus beau....enfin, je vais mettre ce projet dans la section expérience.  :)

A few weeks ago, i showed you some twisted rings that i fired a little too long...and there was a part of the ring that was melted.  You can see them on the archives on the 13th of june.  I had an idea and i made a ring out of one ring.

I cut the portion of the ring that was melted and i made a spiral and then i oxidized it.  I also made the ring's band out of some twisted wire.  I took some silver clay and made a rondelle that i attached to the twisted band.  I fired the ring with the torch.  I then riveted the spiral to the rondelle with a bigger wire. I had a lot of troubles with riveting so the spiral is still moving.  In the end, it's not a success... I thought that the contrast with the oxidized spiral and the mirroir finish of the rondelle would be more successfull.  That will be another experience to learn from. :)
